Last night in the USA!

If there is one place in our great country where it would be a great send off before leaving the country for two months.... it's Dallas, Texas. On our last day in the US (Wednesday June 30th), we started off the morning with our last day at NACMA (which I wrote about prior) and got back to our hotel around 4, then headed straight out to the Rangers Game! What is a more American way to say goodbye to the US for two months than going to a Baseball game in the south with unlimited hot dogs and nachos (and beer but that came at a price)? There is nothing, that's why you can't think of a better way right now. We had a great evening at Ranger stadium. It would have been a little better minus the humidity and 94 degree weather at 5pm but none the less it was a fun game to be at! We were up in the Club seats so we have a nice indoor seating area to go when it was too hot, to get refills, unlimited food, escape bathroom lines and tables to sit at. We stood in the right outfield seats waving a huge U of A flag hoping to be caught on camera after our big CWS win two nights prior (who knows if we ever made it on tv?). Needless to say, it was a great way to finish out our summer in the US and to head on over to the UK.
After a night of country dancing, bull riding, and baseball, it was time to go back to our hotel, pack our bags and pray that they were under 50 pounds (I was at 48.7 lbs!). The next morning came fast but we were ready to get on over to the UK and get this adventure rolling!
Ranger stadium!

Don't mess with Texas, Y'all!

U of A Pride in Texas!

Texas Rangers!

Cowboy bar in Dallas! Don't step out on the dance floor if you don't know how to dance!

Cheers!
